Well this is a mixed time of blessing in my life. I am stopping Coffee and Colouring In for Grown Ups groups run by me for a while. My life is changing and until I have worked through the change I can’t be a consistent host of groups. They will return but in a different calendar format with me.

Over the past twelve months I have had the opportunity to meet a lot of lovely people and listen to their stories. I have drawn and coloured and published a book with a Brisbane based publisher. A colouring in book of my life and how I understand being…no words just pictures. it didn’t set the world alight yet but I can’t draw without a spiritual dimension, I never was a graphic designer….I am only ever an artist.

I don’t know what the future holds or how my life will look in a couple of months but for now, things are changing and I am changing with them. If you want to keep in touch become a member (click on the blue words to membership) it is free. There are other options too.

I encourage you to keep doing the things that connect you to feelings of peace and inner quiet. Do them with things you find pleasure in and that feeling will begin before you are finished the first moments of beginning.
